Case #1: Private residence
Intro
We found out about our first case close to the beginning of our group. Rose, a neighbor of one of our members, had been experiencing a multitude of things. She felt something sitting on her bed as she laid in it. While being wheelchair bound, she felt as if someone was pushing her, with no one in the apartment. Objects moved of their own accord: bowls falling off of counters, bags sliding then falling off of a table. There was also a shadow figure seen around the apartment. These things combined interested us very much, and we thought that it would be a great first case: not many rooms, and not much equipment needed. The Investigation
We entered the house on the 11th of July, 2008 at 10:41PM. We had four team members there. We brought with us an 8mm camcorder, a mini DV camcorder, two digital cameras, two digital voice recorders, and emf detector, a digital thermometer, and a motion detector. We set the mini DV stationary in the bedroom, along with a voice recorder. We used the 8mm to record the entire investigation, and had the other voice recorder on and with us at all times. We started in the living room/ kitchen, and investigated it for about an hour. We tried using a level to debunk Rose being pushed in her wheelchair, but that came up inconclusive.Unfortunately, we had no personal experiences in this time, until around about 11:30PM. As I was sitting on the floor recording our EVP session, my back against the bedroom door, I felt as if something was behind me. It was then that we entered the bedroom, hoping to catch something in this room. We sat around the bed, hoping to see an indent in the bed as if someone was sitting there, when we noticed that a dream catcher hanging from the roof was spinning by its self. This was very odd, considering that I had made sure to close all windows in the room, and the door was shut tight. This was the only experience the entire investigation, so at about 12:30PM we decided to call it a night.Reviewing The Evidence
Unfortunately, we caught nothing on video or audio, though we did get the dream catcher spinning, though we believe that maybe our breath or us moving around caused it to spin. Conclusion
We didn't have much time on this investigation (having only 48 minutes of recording on my High8). We did have some minor experiences though, some feelings within the group and the dream catcher spinning, so we have decided to classify this investigation as: Inconclusive at this time. We are hoping to investigate again sometime after December.Audio

Note: The audio has a lot of interference, so keep that in mind. Also, voices you hear may be our investigators talking in the other room.
